Alright, so here’s the scoop. Ford’s been quietly showcasing a four-door version of the iconic Mustang to dealerships, something that’s got everyone talking. Yep, a sedan Mustang. It’s a wild move, especially when you think of how the Mustang has been that classic two-door muscle car for decades. Word is that this sedan variant, possibly dubbed the “Mach 4,” could expand the Mustang lineup even further. Ford’s been hinting at other new models too, like an off-road beast and a high-powered convertible.

What’s really interesting here is how Ford is bucking the trend. While brands like Dodge and Chevy are pivoting away from traditional gas-powered muscle cars, Ford’s leaning right into it, doubling down on what makes the Mustang so iconic. A V8-powered four-door? That’s Ford’s way of keeping their soul and the excitement alive I guess, especially for folks who want the thrill of a muscle car but maybe need a bit more space. Details are still light, but this Mustang sedan could be their way of keeping the fire burning while appealing to a broader audience.

Here’s the photo MotorTrend posted on Instagram:

it’s great that Ford’s sticking to its roots with gasoline engines while other brands are moving on from the traditional muscle car vibe. I’m curious to see how this plays out—could this be the next big thing for muscle car lovers who need more room? Or is it too far a stretch from the Mustang’s identity? Either way, it’s definitely something to look out for! Don’t you think?

Nissan Silvia Could RETURN!

There’s been some talk around Nissan potentially bringing back the legendary Silvia, and honestly, it’s about time! Nissan’s been dropping hints about adding a third sports car to their lineup, and the Silvia seems like a perfect fit. This time around, it could go green with an electrified powertrain, which might not be what fans of the platform desire, but we’ll see what Nissan ends up doing. The news came straight from Nissan’s VP, Ivan Espinosa, who’s dreaming of the Silvia joining the GT-R and Z. But there’s a catch – the market for sports cars isn’t exactly booming, so they’ll need to find the right formula to make it work.

Now, if the Silvia returns, it could be aiming to square off against some solid contenders like the Toyota GR86 or Mazda MX-5. That means Nissan has to nail a balance between keeping it affordable and giving it the performance chops we expect. Personally, I would prefer the Silvia to remain with an internal combustion engine, however even if it’s an electric Silvia, I’d probably take it, at least the Silvia would be back. With its rich history in the drift scene, I think some would agree! But, here’s the thing – if it’s too pricey or too watered down, it could flop hard. Nissan's got a delicate balancing act here, and I'm hoping they pull it off.

A reborn Silvia could either be the electrified hero we need or a nostalgic misfire. Let’s just hope Nissan keeps the spirit of the Silvia alive and doesn’t overcomplicate it with unnecessary EV tech or a sky-high price tag!
